Here’s my slightly edited reply.

It looks like your Dracaena Dracos have all been planted recently and are struggling to re-establish. Seafood fertilizer or a palm fertilizer will help them.
Trimming all the lower leaves back will also help a lot as the plants will be struggling to support all those leaves, you can be harsh with that.

Except for the big one all the other three will need to be transplanted at some point in the future, while that may be many years away, it would be easier to transplant them now.

1. Give them a good liquid seaweed or palm fertilizer.
2. Cut leaves back, especially the lower ones.
3. Transplant, making sure you don’t bury them too deep, e.g. some roots should be exposed. See this post for more information
4. Make sure you stake them for support. Stakes should go in prior to planting.

The other thing to check is that there is no rot around the base, simply dig around the base about 1-2cm and make sure there is no rot there.
