This is the second post in my old cactus garden series. This garden was established in 1996. I had carted all the plants from rented house to rented house prior to buying our home and creating this garden. Actually Howard a landscape gardener created this garden. San Pedro flowers are absolutely spectacular.

If I ever own a slice of country I will set up a cacti garden alongside a bee hive.

I love the form of most cacti, the flowers are an added bonus. In this case a massive added bonus. I found this cactus, which is obscured by the flower, abandoned and overgrown in a small pot. This plant quickly rewarded my little bit of love and attention.
